Farewell to Ben Abell
Ben Abell's last day forecasting the weather on KWMU was today. After 35 years on the air, it isn't surprising the KWMU spent a lot of time celebrating his career, but I was surprised when I heard Melissa Block of NPR's All Things Considered interviewing Ben about his retirement. ATC is a pretty big stage for a local meteorologist. But it made me smile. I'll miss Ben.
