I talked to my Machine Learning professor today and got a little tidbit of information that can be viewed in both positive and negative light. First, the tidbit of information: if I get a grade between a 55% and a 95% on the final, I will have a B in Machine Learning. Since I don't really expect my grade to fall outside of this range, this pretty much means that I have a B in Machine Learning. This also means I have no motivation to prepare myself for the exam on Thursday.

The ACM Fireside Chat was tonight. (Were you there?) I thought it went pretty well, but I was a bit nervous. Would enough people show up to eat all the food? Would people ask questions? Would Dr. Roman give a good opening statement? Would people figure out that we just made up a number when we called it "The 14th Annual ACM Fireside Chat?" But, like I said, I think it went well.

All things considered, ACM did pretty well this semester. But if we use the summer to organize ourselves, things will be even better next semester.
