Okay, here's the deal. I was all set to stay in St. Louis this summer and work for Dr. Smart doing some robotics research, but today when I checked the voicemail a guy from Whirlpool (where I worked last summer) had left a message to see if I was interested in working there this summer.

So here's my conundrum: do I stay here in St. Louis doing some very cool things with robots in a job that could turn into a two-year Master's program, or do I work at Whirlpool in Evansville for more money than I'd get here in St. Louis (money which could basically pay for next year's tuition)?

I need to call the guy from Whirlpool back tomorrow and get some more details, and then I think I need to talk to Dr. Smart about my options. I wonder if I could do some part-time work for him this summer? Something like Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I'm in St. Louis, and the rest of the week I'm in Evansville. But that seems a bit restrictive. I really need to give this some thought, because I really have no idea what I should do. Or, how important is money?

Well, maybe everything will become clear to me tomorrow.
