David is an occasional blogger, software engineer, Nintendo fanboy, liberal, news magazine addict, voracious TiVo user, and bibliophile. He was born in St. Louis, grew up in southern Indiana, and returned to St. Louis to attend Washington University. He hasn't managed to escape yet. He's a fan of free wine tastings, too many tv shows to name, and eating out. David makes his living developing web applications used internally by his employer. Two nights ago I took my computer apart and tightened down all the screws, hoping that doing so would eliminate the rattle that prevents me from concentrating on any work I do in my room. Unfortunately, the rattle still exists. I might try to work on it some more tonight, but I think a better use of my time would be to work on my English paper. Speaking of my English paper, I scrapped about half the stuff I wrote yesterday, so I still have a bit of work to do on it.
