What a shocker, eh? Even though I kidded him about it, I really thought michael had a pretty good chance at winning. I was a bit concerned about his tendency to post right before the deadline. I tried to get him to post in the early morning hours on a couple of occasions, but he thought that it wouldn't be in the michael ethos; he does everything right before the deadline, and there shouldn't be an exception just to win a bet. (A bit of a fool perhaps. There was a dollar at stake here!)

Anyway, tonight we saw Jimmy Eat World, Tenacious D, and Weezer. All three were good, but I think michael's favorite was Jimmy Eat World. It was his second Jimmy Eat World show, and I assume you only go see a band twice if you really like them. (Just kidding.) Tenacious D was really good. Jack Black is just insane, and so are his songs. And even though I could barely make out a single word that Rivers said between songs (and sometimes during songs) the weezer set was excellent. They had a great set of songs.

I have a cold, so I'm going to get a few hours of sleep before I have to go do a cs101 debugging thing early tomorrow morning.
