17 August 2001 - 1:01 pm

I finished up all of my work here at Whirlpool around 10:30 this morning. Today at 4pm, I'll be leaving for the last time. I can't admit to being sad about leaving, but I don't regret working here this summer. The pay was good, the work wasn't too hard (except for a few minutes this morning, when I had serious doubts as to whether I was going to finish the model shop website), and the work environment was very laid back. All things considered, my best summer since I started college.

I've got a few -273 things to mention now. 1) I'm still working on getting consolation prizes to everyone who entered our contest and didn't win. I've been pretty busy this week, but I hope to get those to you sometime next week. 2) I attempted to install a spellchecking program here on -273 last night, but I didn't meet with any success. If anyone out there in cyberspace has any experience with installing a spellchecker form spellchecker.net onto greymatter, send me an email ASAP please.

I've been hearing some -273 rumors recently. Rumors involving about pages and guest posts. We'll see what happens in the next few days though.
